The PSS Course Director (an evaluator of instructors) certification is the higest level of instructor training and is therefore reserved to those who have outstanding experience in instructor training courses.
This qualification certifies that a PSS Course Director may conduct the phase of the final exams of an instructor training course and request certification for the candidates who have successfully completed the course. He or she may therefore co-ordinate the Instructor Trainers, supervise the staff and give advice to the candidates on how to achieve the best performances and have a greater chance of success.
As for any other professional level, the validity of the PSS Course Director certification is subject to annual confirmation of renewal, which must be done through the signing of a written agreement.
A PSS Course Director may not collaborate with other diver training agencies unless previously authorized by PSS Head Office.
A PSS Course Director must always support the policies and choices of PSS Woldwide.
